The company holds BRC (British Retail Consortium) and IFS (International Food Standard) international certifications for food safety, both recognised by the GFSI (Global Food Safety Initiative). In particular: regular audits are carried out to certify the levels of food safety and quality adopted within the company; training and refresher courses are held periodically for the company’s staff, focused on innovation in production processes and the introduction of new products; checks are carried out with metal detectors to eliminate any foreign bodies, and quality tests are carried out on all finished products; thorough inspections are carried out on clothing and personal hygiene, as well as on the efficiency and integrity of equipment, to ensure the utmost food safety and highest possible quality standards.
